I'm making this a public post because now I'm annoyed. And confused.

Why are there a lot of Russian people (or atleast using the Kyrillic (sp?) alphabet) friending me randomly without at all stating who they are or commenting? I think there's about a dozen who's added me now, and it's really irking me. I mean, when looking at their user profiles I detect no communities that I'm a member of, or at all any indication of that I should know them.

Well yes, I know, I write stories that I have chosen to make public. But really, what the hell, people? Is it so difficult to tell me who you are or why you add me as your friend? That goes for the lot of you. I love comments. Especially on my stories -poke nudge hint-
I know, I know, I'm not the best at commentating myself, but I try to.



Argh! -throws hands up in the air- I give up. That friends only post isn't there for no reason. If friending - use that post. Stop creeping me out. Stalkers = creepy.

Chances are that they're spam bots. And you can report them here.

You should also do some reading here to see how pathetic LJ abuse is regarding solving this.

I have a lot of real people who friended me and never introcuded themselves or commented much, even on the public posts and I just don't friend back like that. I think I've pretty much everything locked down now, because I don't want my parents to read anything they shouldn't as they are currently following my blog XD

I understand you, hun. I'm a bit like that as well. I keep an eye on who they are (if I'm in the mood) but otherwise just ignore them.

That's called "trolls" and I've been exposed to them quite a few times as well. As the other two has already said you should repoort them if you find it annoying ^__~
